This website provides information about the sourcing, procurement and production services that SEA LIKE, S.L. offers to companies and individuals. The information published is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer: the terms of each order are set out in the corresponding proposal or quote.
Terms of use
Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to use its content or forms for purposes contrary to the law, good faith or these terms.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, brand and logo of this website belong to SEA LIKE, S.L. or are used with due authorisation. Third-party photographs are used in accordance with their licences. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior authorisation is not permitted.
Liability
SEA LIKE, S.L. strives to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors and accepts no liability for any damage arising from its use. Nor is it responsible for the content of third-party websites accessed through links.

What data we process
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, project type, description and any files you attach.
- Manufacturer form: company name, contact person, email, country, website, certifications, information about the company and any catalogue you attach.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To assess manufacturers who contact us and maintain the professional relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing our supplier network (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising or to make automated decisions.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your request. If a business relationship begins, we will keep it for its duration and for the periods required by law. Otherwise, we will delete it within two years of the last contact.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. To prepare a proposal, we may share the project’s technical information (plans or specifications) with manufacturers, but not your contact details.
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and receives the forms, and Microsoft Corporation, through the Microsoft 365 service contracted via GoDaddy, which manages our email. Netlify is based in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, its data processing agreement includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure and the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and request its portability by writing to us at info [@] sea-like.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
